Client Information * First Name * Last Name * Email Address * Phone Number * Event Details * Event Date * Event Address * City & ZIP Code * Desired Event Time * Name of the Party Cart (as listed on our website) * Total Number of Guests to Be Served * Any Desired Add-Ons Pricing & Service Details * Pricing is determined by the number of guests served, with an additional one-time handling fee of $100 per cart * Taxes are not included in quoted prices * Gratuity is not included but is always greatly appreciated if you feel we provided excellent service * All service fees, gas, and mileage are included in our pricing—no hidden costs Event Timing * We arrive one (1) hour prior to the event to complete setup and forty (40) minutes for breakdown and departure * Pricing includes one (1) hour of service * Additional service time beyond the included one hour is available at an extra hourly rate and must be reserved and paid in advance. Please note that last-minute extensions may not be available, as we may have another event scheduled immediately following yours Guest Count Policy * Final guest count must be confirmed and paid in full at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. We recommend purchasing a small number of additional products or party favors in advance, as we will provide only the items specifically booked, paid for, and listed in the contract * If guests cancel or do not attend and the event is not canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy, no credits or refunds will be issued * Any products / favors /drinks/ crafts not served during the contracted service time will be left on-site in a acrylic tray at the end of service Service Area Please review the cities we serve prior to booking. Events outside our service area may not be accommodated.
