Terms and Conditions Agreement

​These Terms and Conditions are between you and Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC Parties and relate to the event/service you booked.

I am under 21, can I book and pay for services provided by Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC? Unfortunately, If you are under 21, your parent or legal guardian must book and pay for any event/package/service/product you are interested in from Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC.

Thank you for choosing Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC to host your child’s special event! We’re committed to creating unforgettable memories through our range of mobile party services, including boys’ and girls’ themed parties, on-the-go entertainment, custom party favors, and much more. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask that you review and complete this consent form.

Activities and Services

Our parties are designed with fun and safety in mind. Activities may include, but are not limited to:
 

• Themed games and crafts

• Inflatable rentals or outdoor activities

• Hands-on entertainment with our mobile services team

• Distribution of custom party favors

• If your child has any allergies, medical condition(s), or specific needs, please contact us by email specifying in writing all of your concerns.

Consent and Liability Release

 

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, consent to my child’s participation in the activities provided by Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC. I understand that while all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure a safe experience, certain risks may be involved. By signing this form, I release Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or loss occurring during the event.

I acknowledge that I have read Terms and Conditions and Liability Waiver Agreement and I voluntary agree to be bound by said terms.

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Service carefully before accessing or using our company. By accessing or using any part of this site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access to our website or use any of our services/products. I, and my participating family members and/or guests, hereby release and agree to hold Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my participating family members and/or guests, heirs and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and compensation for damage or loss to myself, my participating family members and/or guests and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act at the party venue, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services and/or events provide by Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC. I, and my participating family members and/or guests understand that this release discharges Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC from any liability or claim that I, and or my participating family members and/or guests may have against the event/services with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, participation in any services and/or events but not limited to services led by Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC.

 

I acknowledge that my participation, and the participation of my family members and/or guests in a Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC event, party and related activities entails known and unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, including, but not limited to; Bodily injury or property damage. I understand such risks and I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in such events and activities hosted Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC  Place, at my home, or at the designated place that I have chosen voluntarily where Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC services will be performed. My participation, and the participation of my family members and/or guests in such events and activities is purely voluntarily and I, my participating family members and/or guests, have been informed of such risks and knowingly elect to participate notwithstanding.                          If I, and/or my participating family members and/or guests are injured, and require medical assistance caused by Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC, I understand that such associated costs will be at my own expense or my personal insurer (s). I hereby represent and affirm that I have adequate and appropriate insurance to provide coverage for such medical expense or property damage. I UNDERSTAND THAT Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC WILL NOT PAY ANY COST OR EXPENSES INCURRED by Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC services performed at any event or party.

 

I, my participating family members and/or guests release and discharge Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC members, CEO, owner, managers, directors, officers, affiliates partners, interns, employees, spouses, suppliers, agents and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action and legal liability, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated.

I shall not bring any claim demand, lawsuit, legal or administrative action against Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC or members in respect of any the foregoing. If Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC is require to incur attorney’s fees, expenses, or other costs to enforce this Agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC harmless for all such fees, expenses or other costs. I certify that I am, and my participating family members and/or guests are, physically able to participate in all Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC events, services and activities. I certify that I am, my participating family members and/or guests have been informed of the rules governing participation in Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC events and activities (The “rules”) and that failure to follow the rules could result in but not limited to such events and activities being cancelled or being removed from such events, or activities, and 100% of your payment non-refundable.

COVID-19 Liability Waiver

​

I, my participating family members and/or guests, acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

I, my participating family members and/or guests, further acknowledge that Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC cannot guarantee that I, my participating family members and/or guests will not become infected with the COVID-19.

I, my participating family members and/or guests, understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may arise from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including but not limited to my participating family, guests. Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC staff, and other customers and their families.  

 I, my participating family members and/or guests voluntarily participate in services and/or events provided by Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC and acknowledge that I, my participating family members and/or guests could increase my risk of spreading while attending a Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC event.

I attest that, I or my participating family members and/or guests have not been exposed to someone with suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19, have not experiencing any symptoms of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell, have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and are not currently awaiting the results of a Covid-19 PCR or Antigen tests. 
 

This liability waiver and release extends to the event together with all owners, partners, and employees of Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC.

                                                                                                                                                 
Please, ask your guests to wash their hands once they are ready for our services. Antibacterial will be provided at all times; ask our Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC members.

Photo Release: Permission to Use Photograph

​

Signing this agreement electronically or with a physical signature, I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian, and I herby to my children grant permission to participate in Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC activities/Events.
 
I grant the right to Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC to use, photographs, images, or videos of my child in the following ways:

1. On the Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC, including blogs or photo galleries

2. Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC printed or digital marketing materials

3. Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC official social media accounts

4. In press releases, news articles, or other media publications

Terms and Conditions:

​

Purpose of Use: The photographs and videos will only be used for lawful purposes that promote or support the mission of Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC.

 

No Compensation: I understand that I will not receive financial compensation for the use of my child’s image, photo, video

Revocation: I may revoke this permission in writing at any time, but such revocation will not affect uses that have already been made or published

Privacy: Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC will not disclose personal identifying information of the child, such as full name or contact details, without additional written consent

Duration: This release shall remain in effect unless otherwise revoked in writing.

Acknowledgment and Consent:

​

I understand that my child’s image, photo, video may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed by Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC. I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product or any accompanying text.

​

I release Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives, from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of my child’s image as described above.

​

Revocation Request Contact Information: This consent will remain in effect until I revoke it in writing, sending an email to info@glamour4kidsbylis.com.

Products and Copyright Protection

​

Your purchase indicates that you agree with Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC policies

​

I agree of not using Glamour 4 Lids by Lis LLC  products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the product/service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction limited to copyright laws.  

                                   
I agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC products, services, content without express written permission by Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC.  

                                                                                  
Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace our products, services or terms on this Agreement. I am responsible to consult by phone/and Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC website periodically for changes.                                                                                                                                                  

 

Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC reserves the right to modify the contents or discontinue products or services at any time. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on our website is provided for general information. Any reliance on the material on our website is at your own risk.  All descriptions/pricing of products or services are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC.

Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our company’s . However Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC  cannot guarantee the accuracy of your computer’s monitor or color display.

Shipping & Returns Policy

​

We regret that any Product/Party favor cannot be returned once purchased. (We do not take returns or exchanges on items for safety and health reasons). 

All sales are final. NO refunds or credit will be given on Custom Orders such as DIY Workshop Stations, Party Favors and not limited to Invitations, Digital Designs, etc.

​

For Custom Orders such as DIY Workshop Stations, Party Favors, etc. you will receive an email from Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC with your custom design for you to verify and let us know of any requested change. You will have 3 days after from the date of the sent email to inform us of any requests for correction or change of your design.

​

There is a fee for requested changes after the 3-day period of $20 for each requested change or alteration to your Custom Order.

 

Cancellation Policy 

​

Once your product is shipped, Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC have no control where the postal service leaves your product. We highly recommend you provide a shipping address where someone is available to bring your package in from the heat/cold. Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC DO NOT take responsibility for packages left in a mailbox, front porch, or garage door, we are not responsible for orders that melt, get sticky, broken or damage in transit.

All services are by appointment ONLY.

 

If Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC Cannot conduct a scheduled event due to unforeseen circumstances or conditions beyond our control, such as due to COVID, any natural disaster, hazardous weather conditions, etc. Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC will return your full payment within 5 business days.

 

No-shows 100% of your payment is non-refundable.

Reschedule date

​

Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date to avoid incurring a fee.

​

7 days before your schedule event/party/service there is a last-minute rescheduling fee $50.

​

Emergencies and unforeseen problems may arise, causing cancellations or schedule changes at last minute. 5 days or fewer before your schedule event/party/service, you will receive store credit of the total amount of what you paid.

​

Store credit must be used within 3 months of issuance by Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC.  After that date it will not be valid.

You may postpone once at no extra charge if you notify to Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC  at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date. Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC will gladly work with you to find an alternate date.

​

If you postpone a second time you will be subject to an additional $50 rescheduling fee for each subsequent postponement.

Unfortunately, any client or guest without a completed form will be denied participation in our events/services. Please make sure to read and sign each page, and have every parent or guardian do the same for your guests. You can do this online or, alternatively, you can bring all forms in person to us at our office on the day of your booking.
