SIGNATURE (Package 2)

By booking and/or participating in any edible food station or craft station provided by Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC, the Client and all event participants acknowledge and agree to the following:

Scope of Services
Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC ’s role is strictly limited to transporting, displaying, and serving pre-made food items and/or craft materials at the event location. We do not cook, bake, manufacture, or otherwise process food items at the event.

Third-Party Vendors
Food products and certain materials served at events are sourced from independent third-party vendors, who are solely responsible for the preparation, quality, handling, storage, ingredients, labeling, and compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

When pre-packaging or preparation of edible products is required, such activities are performed in a third-party commercial or industrial kitchen. Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC does not own, operate, manage, supervise, or control such facilities and assumes no responsibility or liability for their operations, sanitation practices, or regulatory compliance.

Pre-packaging of craft materials is performed at Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC’s craft studio located in the State of Connecticut. Craft materials are intended solely for creative and recreational use.

Allergen & Ingredient Notice
Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding allergens, cross-contamination, dietary restrictions, or ingredient content. Food items may contain, or may have come into contact with, common allergens including, but not limited to, nuts, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, gluten, wheat, eggs, soy, sesame, and food colorings. It is the sole responsibility of the Client and event participants to determine whether consumption or use of any item is safe.

Limitation of Responsibility
By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this limited scope of services and releases Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC from any liability arising from food preparation, packaging, ingredient content, or facility operations beyond our direct control.

Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding allergens, cross-contamination, dietary restrictions, or ingredient content. Food items may contain, or may have come into contact with, common allergens including, but not limited to, nuts, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, gluten, wheat, eggs, soy, sesame, and food colorings.

It is the sole responsibility of the Client and event participants to review ingredient information (if requested), to communicate dietary concerns to guests, and to determine whether consumption or use of any item is safe.

• Ingredient Inquiry Requirement
  It is the sole responsibility of the Client to submit a written request via email no later than three (3) weeks prior to the event date, and only after the reservation has been paid in full, to obtain from our third-party vendors the ingredient list for the food and/or edible items contracted for that specific event date.

• Ingredient Disclosure Timeline
  Upon receipt of the Client’s written request, Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC will provide the ingredient information in writing via email, as supplied by our vendors.

• Client Review & Responsibility
  The Client is responsible for reviewing the ingredient information and determining whether the consumption or use of any item is safe for their guests, including but not limited to allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions.

• Cancellation & Refund Policy Based on Ingredient Review

  • Within two (2) business days of receiving the ingredient list via email, the Client may cancel the reservation and receive a full refund if one or more ingredients are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for their guests.

  • Between the third (3rd) and fourth (4th) business day following receipt of the ingredient list, the Client may cancel the reservation and receive a fifty percent (50%) refund.

  • On or after the fifth (5th) business day following receipt of the ingredient list, the Client may cancel the reservation and will receive an eighty percent (80%) store credit, valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance.

• No Further Liability
  Failure by the Client to submit a timely written request for ingredient information constitutes acceptance of the items as provided. Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses related to ingredient content, consumption, or use.

Assumption of Risk
Participation in any food or craft station is voluntary. The Client and all participants knowingly assume all risks associated with consuming food items or participating in craft activities, including but not limited to allergic reactions, choking hazards, food sensitivities, or misuse of craft materials.

Children & Supervision
For events involving minors, adult supervision is required at all times. Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC is not responsible for supervising children or ensuring appropriate use of food or craft items.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Connecticut law, Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be held liable for any illness, injury, allergic reaction, damages, or losses arising from the consumption of food items or participation in craft activities provided at the event.

Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless  Glamour 4 Kids by Lis LLC  from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the food or craft stations provided at the event.

Acceptance
Booking our services constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer and acknowledgment of understanding.

Pricing & Service Details

• Pricing is determined by the number of guests served, with an additional one-time handling fee of $100 per cart.

• Taxes are not included in quoted prices.

• Gratuity is not included but is always greatly appreciated if you feel we provided excellent service.

• All service fees, gas, and mileage are included in our pricing—no hidden costs.

Event Timing

• We arrive one (1) hour prior to the event to complete setup and forty (40) minutes for breakdown and departure.

• Pricing includes one (1) hour of service  

• Additional service time beyond the included one hour is available at an extra hourly rate and must be reserved and paid in advance. Please note that last-minute extensions may not be available, as we may have another event scheduled immediately following yours.

Guest Count Policy

• Final guest count must be confirmed and paid in full at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. We recommend purchasing a small number of additional products or party favors in advance, as we will provide only the items specifically booked, paid for, and listed in the contract.

• If guests cancel or do not attend and the event is not canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy, no credits or refunds will be issued.

Any products / favors / drinks / crafts not served during the contracted service time will be left on-site in an acrylic tray at the end of service.
